The business center was closed for renovations. I needed to print a 12-page document, and they let me do that with the printer in their office. Also, by mistake, I left a charger for a medical condition reporting device. It wasn't life-threatening, but they confirmed they retrieved the charger from our room, and pointed me to a service they use that quickly sent the charger to my home. On check-in, upon my request, they gave us a room farthest from the highway that was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Location to the interstate was perfect for our stop. Valerie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Room and facilities were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was hot. There is something for everyone, simple but adequate. Very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling through.

It looked like the rooms were newly remodeled. We stayed here twice on our trip out west and back. The breakfast was one of the better ones we encountered on our trip. The hotel is right off the main highway and a short drive into town for shopping and restaurants.

Holiday Inn Express is my favorite hotel chain for these reasons: Rooms - consistently clean, soundproof and have in room coffee with fridge and microwave. Beds - firm, with pillows that range from flat to puffy Breakfast - decent variety (sweet breakfast options along with good protein options) great coffee and half/half For the extras: clean pool and hot tub - hot tub helps after a long drive. Service is always provided with a smile/courtesy Staying at HIE is worth the money.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The room was very clean. The staff were so friendly and efficient! The breakfast was very good! We loved the way the curtain kept the light out at night! And the amount of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap was very generous! Thank you for such a great overnight stay!

Very quiet and very clean. Remodeling going on and I believe we had a room that was recently completed. Even air-conditioning wasn't loud.

The business center printer was broken, so the staff let me use their printer to print several files that I emailed to them. The location was ideal for important astronomical observations that we conducted north of Salina. The room was comfortable and fine for our needs.

Good location, nice area, felt safe. Close to food and gas. Easy to find! Great for family-it was myself (mom) and my 7 children. Staff was great, easy check in. Easy check out. Pool was great-my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great. And actually, all of the other guests that we met were very friendly as well! Best experience at a hotel with my kids that we have had so far!

Clean modern most comfortable bed ever. Lady in breakfast area went out of her way to accommodate us just before 7 as we had a long driysnd would be leaving.
